DOCSDF 2017 12th International Documentary Film Festival City will be held from 8 to 18 November 2012. The deadline to register is March 23 at the first call and April 30 in second round. The documentaries presented to Mexican Best Feature Documentary should not have been exhibited in theaters, web or TV before completing the festival (November 18, 2017). The documentaries presented to Best Short Film can not exceed 30 minutes. If they do exceeded, they may compete in other categories. View more rules and regulations at the link below.

Each participant may submit one or more documentaries to Competitive Categories:

  • International Best Documentary Feature
  • Best Mexican Documentary Feature
  • Best Iberoamerican Documentary Feature
  • Best International Short
  • Best Mexican Short
  • Best Documentary for Television

Once the Official Jury has finished up the judging procedure, champs and honors will be declared freely on this site, by means of focused email impact, through our informal communities, and to the universal film and amusement media by means of Internet limited time channels.

The Mexico International Film Festival and Awards has changed from a conventional film celebration organization to an online honors rivalry that fills in as a stage to give extraordinary movies and producers with acknowledgment for their filmmaking and screenwriting accomplishments. Movies won’t be screened for the public.The celebration generously asks that any honors won be specified in the ventures’ limited time materials, despite the fact that it is not a prerequisite

More than one passage might be submitted.

Producer will expect shipping expenses of passage materials to the Mexico International Film Festival. Titles created in dialects other than English must have neat English subtitles. Contestants must accept all accountability for clearing movies and entries materials through U.S. what’s more, outside traditions authorities.
